We do from time to time, but we specialise in selling building packages. Just contact us to see whether we have any houses and where. |

How does it work if I want so sell my house in order to buy one of your building packages? |

We can apply for the bond so long, but the bank usually only grants the application when your existing house has been sold. So selling your house would have to be first priority. |

Why buy and not rent? |

Two reasons, why pay some one else’s bond when you can pay off your own bond? And secondly, property prices in South Africa are growing at an enormous rate, so property is one of the best investments you can make. |

What type of houses do you build? |

We build any thing from a 47 sq. metre house upward. And we also build Tuscan style houses that start from 55 sq. metres and upward. |

Do I get carpets or tiles in my house? |

In the Tuscan Houses, yes. In the Standard houses it is an optional extra. |

Why do I not get tiles/carpets or built in cupboards in a Standard house? |

This is purely to keep the houses affordable. Putting in all the extras would make the house more expensive. But you can choose these features at an additional cost. |
